Hello Ladies

I'm sure that they're are guys out there that blog, but for the most part I'm pretty sure it's 95% women that are obsessed with blogging. So, with that said I'll try to do better girls. I've been lazy lately, life is crazy and I went and added school into the mix to make it more insane. I am loving my classes though, it's gives me more mommy time, and that's so important. It helps me get away for an hour and realize all that I love and makes me appreciate it even more. As for a quick update of the kids, Donovan is in karate and loving it, he has been learning so much!!! I'm really proud of him. He also had a part in the primary program last Sunday and he did so well. His part was "My body is a temple." He said it loud and clear so that all could hear...so cute, he even got a few chuckles from the congregation. His eyes wondered during the singing, so we'll have to work on that. Overall he was a cute success. I was so proud of him. Kaleah is spunky as ever, she reminds me of Grandma Mortenson and Aunt Jamie. She loves to tease Donnie nonstop. She's my little instigator. So we have to work on her not teasing him so much. She also thinks that she can get away with anything as long as she gives me a kiss. For instance, tonight she was jumping on the couch and I asked her not to jump, and she bent over to kiss me, and I obviously kissed her back, but then she went back to jumping.. The little turkey!! So I asked to stop again, and she bent down to kiss me again. She tried to do this two more times....stinker I finally told her, you can kiss me, but you CANNOT jump!!! She gave me the look and went to the other end of the couch and sat by Jayson....she has him around her little finger and loves it. Even though she still didn't get her way, she tried really hard to coax him. I love my little kids, they're so fun...they keep my life exciting. Jayson and I had to the chance to go on a date last Saturday, and I've been needing a date with my hubby for awhile now, but once we went out we almost didn't know what to do with ourselves. It took us a minute to get into chatting and having fun, cause we're so used to listening to the kids and breaking up fights and soothing boo boos. It was nice, but by the time 3 hours had gone by, I was ready to see my kids again...I missed them!!! Our date was really fun though. We went miniture golfing at Trafalga and inside the bright fluorescent mural jungle they have painted we were able to good off like kids again. It was fun also, because that's what we did on our first date, so it brought back good fun memories!!!!
