New With Us

3 weeks ago we paired up with Sister-in-law Maddie and we took each others pictures, and it was such a fun day!!! We laughed and laughed as Jays and I tried to scramble our little ones long enough to get a decent photo, and Maddie just kept snapping the pics for us.......which was great because trying to get everyone on the same page for more then an hour, can be exhausting.... We found a beautiful place in Springville on some train tracks that Maddie believed to be abandoned.........until we heard saw the light way down the track, thank goodness we were done by then. We had enougt time to scramble up some change to put on the tracks.. I've never done that before and it was cool to see the flattened coins. :)

This photo is seriously my favorite because it is us!!! The boys are distracted by a plane flying by, and the girls are swooning over the crying baby, cause she's tired and done with pictures......lol. Isn't Taylee's little face so sweet though!!! Taylee is such a joy to have in our family. She is the most easy going baby, ans is so quick to give anyone a smile. She is 6 1/2 months and is on the verge of crawling....she's eating solid foods and just recently learned to put some cheerios in her mouth and was so proud of herself!!! She loves her big brother and sister!! They smother her with love and she slim them back with some big kisses in return, lol.


My Donovan is so dedicated in school and having the wii as a reward system adds even more motivation. He is excelling in school. Last year in kindergarten he was named Mr. Numbers and has always had a act for it, but this year he has grown substantially in reading and writing. I'm so proud of him. At times though he is so tough on himself. He is a perfectionist and is he doesn't think he can get it right the first time he won't try because he wants it perfect. He is my social butterfly, there is not one moment that he is making a new friend wherever he goes. He also has the gift of humor and is so good at making us all laugh. My handsome little guy. I've nicknamed Donnie my Brownie and Lela is my Blondie, it'll be interesting to see what color of hair my little Tay will end up with, for the moment it's looking blonde.



I've decided that photos that aren't forced are my favorite. I love this photo, my dear sweet Kaleah just covers me with love. Everytime I smile at her she'll pat my face and say, "beautiful moma, I love you" It melts my heart every time. :) She is one strong chicka. She is my determined girl that knows what she wants, and will achieve it. If it so happens to be put to music, it'll be achieved even quicker. She is my singer. There is rarely a moment that she is not singing, singing to her little sis, or making up songs while she plays. I had some abc cards that she just didn't want to work on with me, and I started to get worried cause she showed no interest in them what-so-ever!! Then one day she discovered that one of her abc toys sang a little song after you placed letters into a card and she has been learning them like crazy ever sense!!! I guess I just needed to find her groove, and I don't know why I thought of music earlier.

Jays is my love, my rock my everything. Thank goodness he is so easy going, cause if he weren't then our kids would be prone to be uptight like I am, I can't help it. It's just my wiring. He keeps our home with laughter, teasing and love. It's crazy that we've been married 7 1/2 years already... currently Jays has been moved into the international department at work. His new objective will be to open up Brazil for 4life Research to bring product into their country, and Jays is ecstatic!!! He served in Porto Alegre and is excited to go back, which has been long awaited. He originally was saving and going to visit the year he met me, lol. Lets just say he got to keep me and not the trip.. which I think he got the better end of the deal, lol

And lastly, this photo is so tender. When we told them to hold hands, they didn't fight it. They just did it!!! As a mother, it's so nice to see her children get along.. makes my heart sing!!
